On Tuesday June 7th, we are going to visit the Yuengling brewery in Tampa where “America’s Oldest Brewery” uses modern technology to brew fine beer in a time-honored tradition. Discover how the cool, crisp taste of Yuengling is brewed & bottled
Tour Information and Guidelines
Monday-Friday the tours leave promptly at the scheduled times.
Yuengling tour guides will share with you history of the brewery and detailed information regarding the brewing process, however there is no production on Saturday’s.
Tours last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes.
All ages are welcome. A valid ID is required to sample Yuengling products at the end of the tour. There is soda available for those under the age of 21 and visitors who prefer non-alcoholic beverages. FREE BEER!
All tour visitors must wear completely closed shoes. No sandals, flip flops, clogs, Crocs, anything with openings around your foot is unacceptable, must be a completely closed shoe.
Pets are not permitted.
Photographs are allowed. Video cameras, recorders or cell phones are permitted.
The building is not handicapped accessible. Although we are not wheelchair accessible at this time, a power point presentation can be given upon request.
After the tour, we will be eating at the Spaghetti Warehouse in Ybor City about 10 minutes away. They have a group dining menu for $17 per person. There is a great selection of meals that include a garden salad, bread, and a non-alcoholic drink.

There is no cost for this trip, however we are charging $5 per person and the proceeds will be donated to a charity that will be decided later. We are limited to two groups of 50 people. (see the link on the Members Only page of the website) to see if you can take the place of someone who cancels.
You will meet at the Eisenhower Rec Center at 9:15 am and will depart at 9:30 am 11:00-arrive at brewery11:30-tour12:30-leave brewery1:00-lunch
Don't leave just yet. There are many sights and shopping to be found locally. With it's rich Cuban heritage it was one time the Cigar Capital of the World. Here is a link to what is happening in Ybor City.
